FORMER soap star Bradley Walsh is going back to his first love - comedy.

Walsh is probably best known for his award-winning role in Coronation Street, where he made a big impact as Mike Baldwin's cocky nephew Danny.

But he is a versatile performer - loved by audiences as an actor, game show host and comedian in equal measure.

The former professional footballer cuts loose with his own brand of stand-up comedy at The Hawth on June 16.
