Caterham mum-of-two tackles assault course
Mum-of-two Linda Seal has more reason than most to be happy, having survived life-threatening cancer two years ago.
And last Thursday she managed to somehow smile her way through the afternoon, despite having to tackle a gruelling assault course.

HELPING HAND: Linda is assisted over an obstacle at the assault course during the special breast cancer awareness day
She and five other breast cancer survivors were clad in a mix of pink and camouflage to tackle the course near Brighton.
The stunt by Cancer Research UK was to promote its breast cancer awareness campaign.
Linda, 57, of Court Road, Caterham, said: "I was expecting to go there and pose for a few photographs – they didn't tell us they were expecting us to complete the course.
"But we had great fun and a good laugh.
"We didn't tackle it too strenuously and helped each other over the obstacles.
"At one stage the charity got an actor, who was posing as an aggressive sergeant major, to go eyeball to eyeball with me and start yelling but I could not stop giggling."
Two years ago Linda underwent two operations and six courses of chemotherapy followed by radiotherapy after a tumour in her breast spread to her lymph nodes.
Since then she has enthusiastically tackled everything from belly dancing to snorkelling in aid of Cancer Research UK.
