This charge relates to September 12 last year, also in Redhill.
The defendant, dressed in a black trouser suit, spoke only to confirm her name, age and address.
Due to a court order, the Mirror cannot disclose details of the children's identity.
Miss Reeves was remanded on conditional bail until February 23 when a preliminary hearing is due to take place at Guildford Crown Court.
The two conditions of her bail were that she should not go within 400 metres of a given address in London Road, Redhill, and should not contact any prosecution witnesses.
