CROYDON Athletic boss Tim O'Shea has urged football fans in the town to get behind his side this Saturday as they aim to re-ignite their promotion quest.

The Rams are offering free entry to all supporters for the Ryman League Division One South game against Folkestone Invicta tomorrow, the second occasion they have done so this season.

When the Thornton Heath-based side last waived the entry charges on October 10, more than 300 fans poured into the Keith Tuckey Stadium in Mayfield Road and witnessed a fine 1-0 win over promotion rivals Merstham.

Second-placed Invicta are likely to bring a strong travelling contingent in what is an important game for both sides in the promotion race, and O'Shea is hoping the incentive of free admission will encourage local fans to support his players.
