“John, Wish I could have been, but been laid up with sciatica for past 3 weeks. I'm Going to have to go by what I have read here. Just hope it's an honest word for word report.! I Think it is.”

“tbabygib - Shame you couldn't be there. It really helped me to decide who I thought could most effectively listen to us and represent us, rather than just being another party political animal who'll toe the party line and only engage with us the next time an election is due.”

“P.S, No one has said that the kids Should not have free Travel.
Taking seats from adults who have Paid Cash to Travel on trams, Buses and trains.
That Is a Real grip people have.
Why should they pay such high prices, Just to stand on the way to work and back home again, oaps who can not stand for long and 3 kids taking up the seats, and no one stands up for them apart from other Oap !.
I say, No free travel for kids unless they are going to and from school, the rest of the time Let them walk and get the exercise they need, Because they are not getting it now. And that Includes School holidays.”
