Croydon clubber asks Advertiser to help him trace girl he met in Shooshh
A LOVESTRUCK nightclubber has asked Advertiser readers to help him find a girl he met on a night out that he can't get off his mind.
Billy Smith, 24, was at Shooshh nightclub on Sunday in Crown Hill, Croydon, when he met a mysterious young blonde girl in the smoking area.
They hit it off instantly and flirted for hours before swapping a kiss or two.
But as the night wore on and Mr Smith drank a little more, he lost sight of the girl of his dreams and could not find her again to give her his number.

Now the IT worker is hoping she will recognise him and give him a call so he can take her out to dinner.
"I was on a night out with my mates and we had been drinking absinthe so I was pretty drunk towards the end of the night", said Mr Smith, from Waddon.
"We were talking for ages about different things and then she went up into the VIP area to get her picture with some celebrities.
"Then I saw this guy throwing up all over the dancefloor. The female bouncer looked like she was struggling to handle the situation so I took the guy outside.
"When I came back I couldn't find her. I got in the cab home and realised I hadn't given her my number and I'd got pretty drunk myself so couldn't even remember her name.
"Since then I've just been walking around thinking why didn't I get her number?"
Mr Smith is so keen to find his dream girl that he's asked Advertiser readers for their help in playing matchmaker.
He said: "I'm not a stalker or anything like that; it's just this one girl, she just seemed really nice and I know she was interested too.
"All I know is she is 18 and from Croydon. She had blonde hair and blue eyes and pale skin. She was wearing black shorts and a blue top and also had a great smile.
"I feel like I might be fighting a losing battle but I thought why not give this a try.
"If she sees this I'd like her to know I just want to take her out to dinner and have the chance to get to know her better.
"I promise it will be one phone call she wouldn't regret."

“Out of your head on Absinthe.... what a catch. Don't be surprised if you never hear from the girl again. A lucky escape for her, in my opinion.”

“If she says no, don't take the rejection to heart, like some men do. Bless! plenty of fish in the sea. Especially in croydon. Then move on. In my case, there is always another waiting round the corner lol”

“Good luck Billy.
But if you have no luck, Just keep turning up at that bar, if she wants to know you, she will find you. But she might only want to be mates with you, after all a kiss when drunk means nothing.”

You intentions may be honest, but you get some right idiots who might think it is stalking.”
