Hubert strike lands the title
SAM Hubert's 75th minute strike was enough to see Coulsdon Town crowned Surrey Elite League Challenge Cup winners.
Coulsdon beat Horsley 1-0 in the final, held at Carshalton Athletic, thanks to Chelsea Academy coach Hubert's goal, that was set up by Tim Moffatt.

good man: Coulsdon Town players throw Barry Regelous in celebration
Coulsdon started brightly and their direct forward play forced a number of early corners. Centre-back Adam Cassim went inches wide with a couple of headers.
Then following a cleverly worked corner lively centre forward Jordan Regelous gave Charpnal Flora probably the best opportunity of the half which saw his header effort go inches wide of the post.

The second half was again played at a high tempo and Horsley did begin to offer more attacking options, but Coulsdon still had more of the play and looked particularly dangerous when their broke with speed causing Horsley to remain on the back foot for most of the half. The introduction of Hubert made the desired impact – with his first touch he hit the Horsley crossbar and with his second touch he scored the winning goal.
