Golden Lion beat Premier Division rivals Mitsubishi Electric 4-2 in their semi-final.

Lewis Linekar scored twice, with Dan Clayton and Sam Clayton notching the others.

Mitsubishi's scorers were Ben Collins and Kevin Dalrymple.

But Golden Lion Reserves went down 5-0 against Division One rivals CR Galaxy, for whom Jaydon Gibbs and Jack Guilford both scored twice.

Leonard Vase

Phoenix Athletic earned a hard-fought 1-0 win in their semi-final against Maple Tree.

A Terence Thorpe penalty separated the teams after Kierron Diaz was upended in the box when chasing a superb crossfield pass from Alan Muir.

There were more goals in the other semi, Southwark Caribb easing past Portland 5-0 in what was described as a good game.

Prince Amikero, Isa Bangora, Paul Brown, M'boumba and Ololade Quadri were the scorers.

Premier Division

AFC Thornton's Adam Rea bagged a hat-trick against AFC Phoenix as his side controlled the game and won 3-0.

Phoenix's quick wingers constantly pressurised, but Thornton's keeper remained untroubled.

Rea opened the scoring after running onto a neat pass from Chris Simmons. His second came from a penalty after Ryan Scott had been tripped. Rea gained his third in the second half after Sean Scott crossed from the right.

Division Four

Addiscombe Corinthians, with goals from Harry Cambridge and Courtenay Robinson, beat third-placed Surrey Valley 2-1, James Donovan scoring for Valley.

Division Five

Wickham Wanderers finished their season with a flourish, beating struggling Croydon Jags 7-1.

Alan Manley scored four, Mark Cooney two and Scott Manley one.

The league's cup semi-finals take place today (Friday). CR Galaxy face Mitsubishi Electric and Southwark Caribb take on Golden Lion. The winners will contest next Wednesday's final at Croydon Arena, kick-off 8pm.
