Moses was sad to leave Crystal Palace
The teenager completed a £2.5million switch this morning and has spent the last few hours getting to know his new team mates.
He is looking forward to his new challenge in the top flight but said that he would never forget the club who set him on his way to stardom.
"Crystal Palace looked after me for a long time and it was hard to leave," he said. "But that is what happens in football, you don't stay in one place, you go to many different clubs.
"The gaffer, the players and the supporters have been great and I hope they can put their problems behind them and move forward.
"The fans especially. They have been amazing and I wish them well, but I just want to get on with my football now and see where that takes me."

“Damage limitations for us by selling young Victor Moses.
As we all were concerned about a mass exodus by players being sold on in the big January Sales it never happened looks the name of Moses has lived on and we still have hope in the promised land, young Victor could partially been our savior we may still end up with a fruitful season.
Hopefully Bernard Guilfoile has a potential buyer and negotiation are in process for sale of CPFC so we can move on,maybe why the movement of players haven't taken place.”

“I think this is a good move for moses. He will no doubt get first team football and if he does well, he will be bought by one of the top four in the next 2-3 years, since wigan have been in the prem they have bought players with potential and sold them for millions. Look at Valencia, Palacios etc no one even knew these players before Wigan took them on.”

“Under Roberto Matinez, Victor has a good manager and a decent bloke. He will be playing regularly and he will be made to feel part of the squad.
He is too good to be languishing in the reserves, only to be then loaned to a lower league club which could happen if he went to a bigger club. He will end up at a bigger club where his name will be amonst the first on the team sheet but at the moment he needs to be playing first team football and who knows how long it will be before Capello comes a knocking.”

“Victor, what are you doing? Wigan is a wasted opportunity.”

“I think Moses has been badly advised by his agent. Wigan are a good club, but I can see them back in the Championship within 3 years. They do not have the spending clout to become a big club.
He would have been better off going to Newcastle a massive club, but the 'tightwads' wouldn't increase their offer.”
