HONOURED: Emma Stewart MBE
The company aims to bring women back into the workplace after maternity leave.
Ms Stewart, who founded the company with friend Karen Mattison, said: "I am completely thrilled. We've only been running the business for five years.
"It literally started from a kitchen table and talking to mums who were looking to get back into work but didn't know how.
"We've now got 16,000 women registered with us."
The company is working with the Department for Work and Pensions to roll out the programme nationally.
It has won a string of awards, including the She Magazine Inspiring Women Award and Recruitment Agency of the Year.
Ms Stewart has two children, George, 7, and Rose, 4, who attend Cypress Infant School, in Cypress Road, South Norwood.
