THE 4Networking groups in Croydon Central and Croydon South, as well as Beckenham, Bromley and Orpington, are being given extra incentive to fight the post-festive flab, with the launch of the Fit4 Challenge on January 26.

The idea is see which group can lose the highest percentage of body fat in ten weeks.

Laura Netley, operations assistant at 4Networking Croydon Central, said: "Networking is really important for my business, and my only dilemma is how to stay trim while eating up to four cooked breakfasts a week.

"That's how I came up with the Fit4 Challenge."
