Of course CPFC2010 are a business and long term perhaps they would like to make some money out of the football club. This would only happen if they please the fans and grow the club in a sensible manner, not by spending £10 million on players in a one week period. Have you listened to the lenghy interview given by Steve Parish on Sunday night? He talks about the zaha sale and how/why it was such a hard decision. When you put things into perspective, it's difficult to argue against the decision they have made which genuinely feels like the best deal for the football club. It's hardly "asset stripping" as some have accused on this website. By the way you seem to suggest they have no personal liability were the business to lose money - I can assure you that is a long way from the truth.

After reading your comments, you seem to contradict yourself quite a lot, 1 minute you are saying you personally expect the whole of the £10m of the Zaha to be spent by Thursday because you said we only had 4 days to get players in & spend the 10 million, you then back tracked & said a big chunk of the transfer monies, in your opinion would be used to improve the condition of the ground.
You are now back in your Walter Mitty fantasy world by saying, only 2 days & 6 hours to spend the 10 or so million & you have the audacity to call anybody deluded on here, petetheeagle, you must be the only Palace fan that `expects`them to spend all the upfront fee they got from Man Utd for Zaha by deadline day.
