Palace skipper: Williams is like a new signing
CRYSTAL Palace midfielder Mile Jedinak believes having Jonathan Williams fit again is like having a new signing.
The youngster came on against Watford last Friday and played a pivotal role in the Eagles' comeback at Vicarage Road, while Jedinak thinks the Welsh U21 international is vital in their quest for promotion.
"Jonny has been out with injuries but I think from now until the end of the season we'll see a lot more of him," he told Advertiser Sport.
"He's going to be a massive boost for us and it's like having a new signing because we know he's got talent.

"He's proved that many a team in the Palace shirt, so hopefully he can keep his head down and put in good performances.
"We're more than likely to have been in a better position if he had stayed fit earlier this season, but that's happened now and there is still plenty to play for.
"I'm sure Jonny is going to play his part and getting us those points we need."

“Porkchop, I think I recall Simon Jordan also saving us from going under, or has that all of a sudden been wiped from your memory. I think this is called Selective memory.
Just look at the facts and not just with the Wilf transfer. There is the issue of the supposed new training ground that was going to be built by the supporters trust and leased to the cub. This has gone cold. There is the small issue with Selhurst. Will we stay? Will we go?
Anyway, time will tell as they say. Just remember we have 10 or so million quid in the kitty. Also what happened to the loans which was suposedly part of the deal.”

“Nice to hear that Joniesta is now getting the recognition that he richly deserves. If we are promoted this season then he would have had a massive say in this.
Catch 22 isn't it. If we do go up then Joniesta will be a transfer target and god forbid if moan u come calling then I hope Parish will be out of the country, as he was just as soon as Wilf was sold, otherwise I fear that he will again bow down again in front of purple nose and do a deal while saying to the fans there are no talks going on and Joniesta will kick off the 2013/4 season.”
