By Daniel Jones
A CONSORTIUM of local businessmen headed by Eagles fan Steve Parish are leading the chase to take over Crystal Palace.

A leaked council document seen by The Advertiser has suggested that Parish, CEO of London based design and production company TAG, is leading a group that also includes the founder of Churchill Insurance Martin Long and former Direct Line owner Peter Wood.
When the Advertiser tried to contact Parish at TAG, his PA told us: "There is no comment on Crystal Palace at the moment."

“I wonder if my invisible friends on this site will enlighten me on the subject of Palace in administration
My understanding was if a club went into administration as agreed by the Chairman and Directors of that club, then the FA will deduct 10 points.
Now in Palace¿s case we were put into administration by Agilo.
My understanding is that Agilo did this without the Chairman¿s knowledge or the board of Directors. (Does this mean any creditor can dump a club into administration on a whim?)
Therefore my argument would be that the FA is out of order in deducting 10 points and the decision should be challenged.
Let me know what you think.”

“Lee, to tell you the truth I'm not sure. Cieran had the idea months ago that its to do with breaking teams down as he explained to you but you didn't reply. Think he said he did it at school. I think a lot what Luis writes comes accross wrong so then is crucified. I can only imagine he means they don't have a target man and run from wide positions then the midfield support. I sort of understand him but as for his other comments, I don't go on this site often so I do 'scratch my head' with what he says. Saying that I agree most of the time with what you and Peter say, you both come out with sensible comments and sides.”
