Ross Flitney sold by Croydon Athletic
Goalkeeper Ross Flitney has completed his transfer from Croydon Athletic to Conference South high-fliers Dover Athletic this morning.
The stopper had been watched by Dover boss Andy Hessenthaler just after Christmas and the Kent outfit eventually made their move, snapping up Flitney for an undisclosed fee.

A statement on the Croydon Athletic website said: "Ross was instrumental in the success of the Rams' side following [manager] Tim O'Shea's arrival last season, and was a popular and influential character both on and off the pitch. He wil be sadly missed but we wish him every success in his future career."
Rams boss Tim O'Shea has moved quickly to replace Flitney however, signing ex-Crawley Town keeper Nick Morgan on loan from Braintree.
