I've vowed not to post any more comments poking fun at members of staff, so unfortunately I can't name the reporter who was sent out to find a store Santa to interview this morning.

Unfortunately our man had neglected to put his contact lenses in before embarking on his mission.

And while he thought he'd found a suitable Father Christmas to quiz in one of our town centre pound stores, sadly it transpired he had been firing his questions at a mannequin.

(Although I'm not naming him, Anna Edwards seems very keen to draw attention to her colleague's embarassment so I'm sure she will.)

On a similar note, I certainly can't name the member of staff allegedly hit with a fine this afternoon after being caught bunking her tube fare. Tut.
