A NINE-YEAR-OLD has become one of the first in the country to audition for hit TV show Britain's Got Talent 2012.

Budding dancer Brooke Ramsay, from South Croydon, strutted her stuff on stage with more than 10,000 other performers.

The youngster, of Purley Oaks Primary School, queued for five hours with dance partner Ellie Radford, 9, who together form dancing group Rocking Ice.

Proud mum Claire, 39, said: "Dancing means everything to Brooke.

"We won't hear until February 10 if they are through."

The took place at The Oval cricket ground, London.

Keen dancer Brooke attends two out-of-school groups – DanceMode in Coulsdon and Stepz in Waddon – where mum Claire said the youngster had been practising her routine.
