The History Boys

Alan Bennett's award-winning comedy The History Boys is taken on by Kenley Holiday Workshop this week.

With fast-paced classroom quips, stirring recitations of poetry and lots of pop culture quotes, this is recognised as one of the finest plays Bennett has ever written.

KHW have also invited an adult cast to play the teaching staff.

Blithe Spirit

Noel Coward's ever-popular play Blithe Spirit comes to the Miller Centre.

The ghostly Elvira returns to haunt her former husband and his new wife.

The Miller Centre Players perform this charming, funny and enduring play.

Ha Ha Hitler!

Warehouse Theatre, Croydon

This is the most hilarious wartime story never told!

The Ha Ha Boys are back from their huge success with Ha Ha Hamlet!, and this time they're taking on World War II.

Loosely based on The Great Escape, Ha Ha Hitler! is an all-singing, all-dancing romp through German-occupied France.

It's 1942 and three hopeless RAF pilots are planning their escape from Chateau Plonke.

Tom, Dick and Hilary discover more than they ever thought they would about the war, disguise and finding romance - as well as the significance of the Enigma Machine code book.

Kenny Ball

Kenny Ball is on his anniversary tour celebrating 50 years with his Jazzmen.

He shot to worldwide fame in the 60s with Midnight in Moscow and has gained a reputation as the most successful jazz trumpet player this side of the Atlantic.

European Ballet - Cinderella

This accessible ballet is a lovely treat for all ages with its timeless tale.

See Cinderella and the Prince in love, the evil Ugly Sisters and the magical glass slipper.

Cinderella is set to Prokofiev's famous score and this version is directed by The Bolshoi Ballet principal dancer Stanislav Tchassov.
