Volunteer At Crystal Palace Overground Festival And Earn A Ticket To A Gig Of Your Choice!

The 6th Crystal Palace Overground Festival sponsored by Acorn Estate Agents, returns to the Crystal Palace Triangle from 13th - 16th June, to showcase the best in local music, poetry, theatre, comedy, film, food and fashion.

The main festival hub - the Antenna Music stage will be opening with Jim Bob, best known as the singer of indie band Carter USM, on Saturday 16th June at Westow Park.

Festival organisers are still looking for keen volunteers for stewarding in Westow Park, audience research, programme distribution and visitor support in the Crystal Palace Triangle area. All posts are unpaid but the benefits include making new friends, it's also a great project to add to your portfolio.

Festival volunteers also get to register with Orange Rock Corps to receive a FREE ticket gift voucher for Ticketmaster events, to find out more visit the website.

In a bid to get everyone ready for the forthcoming festival there is a fundraising event taking place at The Gipsy Hill Tavern this weekend (Saturday 19th May) with local band Elia & The Low Tears performing live and guest appearance from Kimberley Anne. Entertainment kicks off from from 9.30pm till late and entrance is free!
