AN UNDER-STRENGTH Croydon side were outplayed by a Wimbledon team who gave a lesson in finishing.

Croydon enjoyed a lot of possession and were awarded several short corners but struggled to make the most of them.

The defence was often out-numbered with the midfield trying to make use of the space that the forwards created.

Croydon were 4-0 down at half-time but improved their defending significantly after the break and Wimbledon could only add two more goals to their tally.
