MANAGER Stuart Massey thinks Whyteleafe's habit of conceding late goals is down to a "fear factor" spreading among his players.

In their last four games Leafe have shipped seven goals in the final 15 minutes, costing them at least two points and their place in the Surrey Senior Cup.

Massey held a meeting with his squad last week to try to resolve the issue, only for Leafe to let in an 85th-minute equaliser to Corinthian Casuals last Saturday.

On this occasion, the Church Road side turned the tables by scoring a 90th-minute winner through Fred Fleming, but their manager is concerned his players' minds are becoming fragile in the closing stages of matches.
