Two goals from Gareth Williams helped Croydon Athletic to reach the Ryman League Cup semi-finals on Thursday night.

Williams has been on fire since signing for the Rams from Bromley and continued his hot streak to edge out Division One North leaders Lowestoft Town at the KT Stadium.
