A bigger breakfast
PURLEY'S newest social club had its most popular meeting yet when about 30 people of all ages were at Cafe Nino in Brighton Road on Saturday, to spend time together over breakfast.
Purley Breakfast Club, pioneered by social media consultant Jonny Rose, was set up to bring the community closer, having first been mooted on Twitter.

“Very busy, very buzzy and a good breakfast too!! Always good to catch up with friends met via internet mediums like twitter.
One of the great things about the internet is that it can bring people together who would not have met ordinarily. We get to share ideas and help each other. It's all good from a social aspect as well as business :o).

“This is such a great concept, and growing every month. Thanks Jonny for organising this, and Joanna (Croydon Advertiser Reporter) for covering it, even when she can't make it herself!
