What do you think?
“There seems to be an epidemic of dog fouling at the moment. Down my street, I have to keep my eyes to the ground all the time to avoid it, and I don't live in a horrid place. I feel like posting up signs to berate those responsible. Shame we can't have a DNA database of dogs to check who is responsible. Surely this minority of selfish people should be tackled.”

“Well I'm not really going to put up signs although it is tempting! The point about the dog warden is valid. Pity there aren't as many dog wardens about as there are parking enforcement officers!”
