Evelyn Findlater from "Good Food Matters" - who has worked hard to raise £750,000 to build a Community Food Centre in New Addington (details etc to be released early in 2012) has the most fantastic recipe for carrot cake. As all her quiches and cakes are made with healthy ingredients (such as the cake which has no fat but uses oil from nuts yet is so moist, and chocolate cake which is made with beetroot - but you would never know it!!)

There are still recipe sheets available in the Octagon building (Central Parade, New Addington) if you'd like to drop in to collect :)”
