A neighbour from hell was finally evicted from her council flat after two years of “wicked” behaviour.

Vanda Smith, terrorised reisdents of her block in Lion Green Road, Coulsdon with her drunken antics and aggresive behaviour.

This included death threats and midnight screaming matches.

These scared two of her elderly neighbours, Albert Turner, 81, and Brian Clarke, 64, so much they barricaded themselves in with walking sticks.

Last month, Croydon Council won an eviction notice from Croydon County Court.

And her neighbours breathed a final sigh of relief last Wednesday when police arrived to enforce it.
