Cyclist suffers head injury in collision with car in Purley

A cyclist suffered a head injury after being involved in a collision with a car in Purley.
The man, who is believed to be in his 40s, was travelling down Russell Hill Road, when he collided with a car at around 4.50pm today. (Monday)
The London Ambulance Service sent one ambulance and a single responder car to the scene and paramedics treated the cyclist for a head injury.
He was later transferred to Mayday Hospital.
