Crystal Palace boss confirms Jose Baxter talks
CRYSTAL Palace manager Dougie Freedman has revealed he's had "many meetings" with former Everton striker Jose Baxter about a move to Selhurst Park.
The 20-year-old was released by the Toffees recently, and on Monday he wrote on his Twitter account: "For people asking I am not a everton player or crystal palace player...... But I'd love to be as they are a great team with great future."
"What's happened with Jose is he's a young guy that I've had many meetings with," said Freedman.
"He's a fantastic young player, but he's got offers from other clubs."

it is De Ja Vu time, didn`t we hear pre-season last year, from Freedman & a certain other guy, he will remain nameless, i cant afford to be Banned again from this site, waffling on about this fantastic young player from Mexico/Chester called Pedroza, what happened to him?
Mr_Bravo, regarding Tunchev, we were told he had signed, not by Freedman, not by Parish, not Officially by the club, but we were told he had signed by someone, he has never admitted he was Wrong about mentioning the so called Tunchev signing, because no Tunchev has not signed for Palace, but someone on here did say last month, Tunchev has signed, but he failed a medical.
How can someone say a player has signed, but the player has not signed, how can that person not be Wrong, how can that person not have the guts to Admit his Mistake, because he was Proved Wrong?”
